Hello. Please fix your app, because it doesn't work at all, when I sigh up it takes me back to trial page and I can't sigh up again, and this loops over and over again.
Hi! First of all, thank you for giving a platform for people to learn English and I appreciate your efforts in doing so. However, I registered last month with my debit card and then suddenly after having about 5 lessons the app crashed and I can't login anymore. I also tried the password reset but it just says that my email doesn't exist. I also tried contacting customer support but I haven't received any response as of date. I hope you can assist me with this issue. Thank you very much!
